Welcome to Alignify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alignify (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Alignify allows users to submit feature ideas, provide feedback, and interact with whiteboards. By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Refrain from submitting content that is harmful, offensive, misleading, or violates the rights of others.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

Alignify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if:

• You violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
• Your actions cause harm to other users, Alignify, or third parties.
• Required by law or legal enforcement authorities.

In cases of serious violations, we may take action without prior notice. Otherwise, we will attempt to notify you before terminating or restricting access.

4. Ceasing Operations

If Alignify decides to discontinue the Service, we will provide a minimum of 30 days' notice to users via email or an in-service announcement. During this period, you will have the opportunity to retrieve any stored data before access is removed.

5. Intellectual Property

Alignify and its content, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology, are owned by Alignify or licensed to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alignify provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alignify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

Alignify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
